On A-1 Huskys till about Sn 1290 the flap handle, where the flap cable is attached to the handle, is too thin. As a result the bolt is chafing through and will all of a sudden fail.
There are tthree ways to fix that:
1.: Replace the bolt afer about 1500 flap extensions and watch the elongation of the hole in the flap arm.
2. Replace the bot once, drill the elongated hole out, insert a bearing and a bushing and forget this issue forever.
3. Weld a doubler to the arm. redrill the hole and lube well.
I only have 2 more bearings/ bushings here. First come.- first get.
