I spent 30 minutes searching the forums for data on replacing the fuel quantity tubing. Then called Husky and they wouldnt give information on the product (size and composition) I am making a big order at Aircraft Spruce and would like to add this to that order.

Search “sight gauge material” in the forum and you should find it. First and second pages.

If you replace the tubing, add a reducer to the lower fitting with a 1mmbore. That will result in Rock steady readings. And add the Zebra Stripes into the Channel.

Here is a pic how the sighttube look if the channel has a parlell black / white striping as seen on the top part.
