Husky and Mountain checkout

For those looking for a very good Husky and mountain checkout, the Aeroclub in Bolzano , Northern Italy does an awesome job in a breathtaking environment.
Bring your Gnocca, the town of Bolzano is anything but boring. Instead of travelling through Europe and visit places like the Hofbräuhaus in Munic, where you only meet tourist, visit the Dolomites and get Husky current. Instruction is in English. The Montain flying course offered there is much much more advanced that all the coursed you get in Idaho. The aeroclub has 2 Huskys for that. www.aeroclub.bz

Sounds like a good time Thoamas. However, Canadians still cannot travel to the US...... US citizens still cannot travel to Canada. I assume neither of our countries are allowed travel to Europe. Doesn't matter much......

I am a "pureblood" and I intend to remain that way. I also never wear a mask. So, no commercial airline travel for me!

If flying in the Dolomites is anything like driving I’m sure it’s a whole other level of skill testing excitement. Mountain hairpins in an unlit tunnel with water seeping on to the asphalt making it interestingly slippery - and two way traffic in the space us Canuckleheads would consider the shoulder of a normal road. Oh, did I mention it was a motorcycle adventure . Great fun but it aged me about a decade

We rented motorcycles and rode New Zealand...... Did you know they drive on the wrong side of the road there?

We ended the Summer mountain season with a great dinner at Sella Val Sugana, 6 Huskys were there: ending the Summer season means just changing outfits to warmer stuff and adding skis. And no more BBQ in the open.
The second pic shows the president cutting the AIPM (Assossationi Italiana Piloti di Montagna) cake with a lot of help.
