Tailwheel tire shortage

Shopping for a new tailwheel tire. Spruce is out. Chief said they have had an open P.O. since October. Anyone know of new stock on a shelf anywhere??

2.80/250x4. Finally found some after multiple phone calls to verify stock at Desser. Should be here in a few days they said. I’ll let you know if it doesn’t show. Thanks!!

Quick question. A couple of weeks ago, I bought a 2.80/2.50 6 ply to replace my 4 ply tailwheel tire. Have the extra 2 plys cause anyone any problem? I have GY 26” on the mains.

I believe I have a Scott 3200 ill look tomorrow. I have a few new tailwheel tires as well
