Attached is information prepared by the Recreational Aviation Foundation (RAF) to assist you in commenting on the USFS draft Planning Rule.
It is important that you read this draft rule and then make appropriate comments to the USFS before May 16,2011.
The final version of this Planning Rule will determine how recreation and more importantly to us recreational aviation will be treated by the Forest Service in the future.
