Just a small question: wasn’t the A1A build in late 97 or early 98? ( for some reason I thought it was prior to 99, I stand corrected here).

Herb went west we 2018. What a great gentleman. After he retired in Afton I visited him in SLC then he moved back to Afton where I met him the last time. RIP. Don't know about Frank.
