A Different Kind of Heater Problem

I am trying to meet Ann's requirement for a hot shower while camping for multiple days. I've investigated all of the standard camping water heater options both solar and propane.

For our engineer types; would it work to create a copper water line coil that slips over the exhaust pipe, fire up the Lycoming water heater and circulate the water through the coil either by gravity feed or 12V pump?

Showers

Camp at Johnson Cr, Root Ranch, Flying B, Smiley Cr, Sulfur Cr, Lincoln MT, Seeley Lake Mt. Some offer deluxe facilities. See you this summer somewhere in the mountains.

That is a good list that I will print and keep in the Husky. We do have a 5 day stay planned in Montana where there will not be facilities so i do need to figure this out.

Tim - There are portable camp showers which are usually black plactice water bags with a plastic tube and shower head. You let the bag stand in the sun for a while and you have hot water.
