as far as I know there is nor mating RAL #. I had this color mixed at the carpainters shop and it matched well.

Missed the most important point - my experience with the yellow color at an auto paint shop was good. Take an inspection plate in for the match and they should be able to get it matched.
When I had it mixed I asked for flex additive and the mixer told me that was not necessary because it would only be effective for a few weeks. I went with his suggestion and have had no cracking or other problems on teh fabric I painted two years ago.
