Tail Wheel assembly missing

I bought a 2014 A-1C on wip 2100's. I'm trying to put it on wheels for the winter. The airplane was on the west coast and I was not able to make a separate trip to go look at the gear witch was not with the plane. Two months later we opened the box with the gear and the entire tail wheel assembly is not there.

Anyone willing to sell me one?
Or rent one for the winter?

I'm located in MN. Just looking for some help.
