Use self adhesive velcro (Not the hooks,) left and right of the doorhinge, and a UHM Tape un the cowl. Use s stripe of the uhm Tape in the cowldoors, where the seals rub. Uhm Tape is available at mc master Carr ACC to Bumper

Another huge advantage of using UHMW-PE tape, aside that it wears better than steel for many applications, is that it's slicker than snake snot on a flat rock (in laymen's terms, that means it's almost as slippery as Teflon, but much more durable).

So, the take home is that the engine & prop will always have some level of vibration and you want to keep as much of that as possible from getting into the rest of the airframe. Since the engine baffle material rubs on the cowl, and friction there will couple vibration to where you don't want it. When you line the inside surfaces of the cowling, everywhere the baffling touches, with UHMW tape, you get a net reduction in coupled vibration and that smooths things out. Even with a well-balanced prop, I could feel the improvement after doing this easy fix. There are other benefits with reducing airframe vibration, less wear and tear on near everything. Well worth the minimal expense and time.
