Is there a trick to removing the Munson sliding Window? We are getting the screws for S B 31 and with the panels out of the way it should be more accessible to to work on the window.

3M weatherstripping glue yellow - it’s the same contact cement used for the headliner

We converted my A1 to the sliding window, just fabbed it up. Works like normal.

I would really like to do this to my 2006 A-1B with the standard window. I really want to be able to slide that forward piece of plexiglass in the aft direction for ease of aerial photography. Any ideas on how to most easily accomplish this? Could it be as some for me as having my mechanic fabricate a new window slider system? Would this even be legal?
